Manage your email credits, track usage, and purchase additional blocks.

Overview

FormaMail uses a simple block-based pricing model. Purchase email credits in blocks and use them whenever you need - credits never expire!


How Credits Work

Block-Based System

  • 1 Block = 10,000 emails
  • Signup Bonus: 1,000 free emails when you create an account (no credit card required)
  • Credits Never Expire: Use them at your own pace
  • Progressive Discounts: Buy more blocks, pay less per block

Example Purchases

  • 5 blocks = 50,000 emails for 17.50(17.50 (3.50/block)
  • 10 blocks = 100,000 emails for 30.00(30.00 (3.00/block)
  • 50 blocks = 500,000 emails for 112.50(112.50 (2.25/block)

Dedicated Sending Add-on

Get your own dedicated IP address for improved deliverability:

  • Monthly: $35/month
  • Annual: $399/year (~5% savings)
  • Bonus: 5% extra credits on all block purchases

Dedicated Sending provides:

  • Own IP reputation (isolated from shared pool)
  • Automatic IP warmup via AWS
  • Enterprise compliance support

Viewing Your Balance

Navigate to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Current Balance: Remaining email credits
  • Total Purchased: All-time credits purchased
  • Total Used: All-time credits consumed
  • Last Purchase: Most recent transaction

Purchasing Credits

Via Dashboard

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Purchase Credits
  3. Select number of blocks (or enter custom amount)
  4. Review the total with applicable volume discount
  5. Complete payment via Cashfree

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • UPI (India)
  • Net Banking (India)
  • International cards

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree.


Usage Tracking

Email Usage

  • Emails sent: Running total
  • Remaining credits: Available balance
  • Usage history: Last 30/60/90 days

Storage Usage

  • Templates: Number of templates created
  • Email logs: Storage used for logs
  • Attachments: Storage used for generated files

Usage Alerts

Set up alerts to monitor your balance:

  • Low Balance Warning: Notification when credits drop below threshold
  • Critical Alert: Urgent notification when nearly depleted
  • Weekly Summary: Optional weekly usage email

Configure alerts in Settings → Notifications.


Invoices

View and download all invoices:

  • Invoice number
  • Date issued
  • Amount charged
  • Credits purchased
  • Download PDF

All invoices are GST-compliant for Indian businesses.


Common Questions

Do credits expire?

No! Your email credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Email sending is paused until you purchase more credits. Templates, logs, and other features remain accessible.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final. Email credits are non-refundable once purchased. Since credits never expire, you can use them at your own pace. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do volume discounts work?

Discounts are applied automatically based on the number of blocks in your purchase. Buy more blocks in a single purchase to get better rates.

Is there a subscription?

No! FormaMail uses a pay-as-you-go model. No monthly commitments, no auto-renewals. Just purchase credits when you need them.
